PERSONAL WEBSITES
Having a modern, mobile friendly website can differentiate you from other brokers. With your own website, you can feature all of your own listings, post your newsletter as a blog, dive more into your bio and philosophy and offer custom content about the local community. I create websites in Squarespace and integrate with IDX Broker for property search. I will also assist and guide development of a website with a 3rd party website developer. I have a website set up fee of $500 and then charge hourly to build the website. Once the site is live, I only charge for additional work requested, or updates after that. Note that I am not an SEO expert, but I set up basic SEO on the site using tools provided by Squarespace.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media marketing these days can be effective, but can also be a time consuming task if not geared towards lead generation and brand awareness. I can help you develop a strategy, grow your list of followers, post consistently (weekly!), drive traffic to your website (if applicable) and execute targeted ads designed to generate leads. 3 month minimum commitment required – all of this takes time to curate and grow!
CUSTOM listing presentations
& SELLER REPORTS
I can help you develop your own unique listing presentation, in print, email or web format so you are prepared and confident going into every listing opportunity. First step is to create the template for the content that is consistent from presentation to presentation - your bio, significant sales, etc. You are responsible for your CMA and home valuation analysis and message to the seller - I just drop that in.
Once the listing is signed, your duty to update and impress the seller with all of yoru sales and marketing efforts begins. I can create a professionally designed seller presentation template in print or email format so you can send regular updates and keep them informed.
TARGETING MAILINGS
Print is not dead! Postcards and newsletters can still be effective, if targeted to the right audience. I will help you develop a strategic mailing calendar to target your personal sphere and farm new areas. I can create and send templated mailings in Express Docs, or design custom postcards and brochures and assist with professional printing.

Image marketing comes into play when looking for new clients, especially buyers. I can help you write a professional bio, advise on new head shots and profile photography. A professional brochure at open houses and when meeting new clients for the first time. Express Docs has great templates we can use, or I can design something custom and help get it professionally printed.
PROPERTY MARKETING OPTIMIZATION
I can write property descriptions for the MLS and Dash by either touring the property with you, or using a quick form you fill out and looking at the professional photos. I can also write property brochure and ad copy and advise on photo selection for both. From there, once the property is online, I can check to make sure it is syndicating properly. Listings that linger on the marketing can use a re-marketing strategy and I can advise on that (things such as getting new seasonal photos, updating the property description, etc.).

For those looking for consistent marketing support we can set up a custom monthly recurring marketing plan - I just ask for a 6 month minimum commitment to the plan. Here is a sample marketing package:
